Craftsmanship is a vital asset to the luxury industry, and Anatolia’s rich heritage in leather, jewelry, and weaving gives Turkey a great, unutilized potential. With global luxury brands increasingly seeking skilled artisans, my project aims to establish a bridge between talented Turkish craftsmen and world-wide known luxury brands
This project aims to:
Preserve artisanal heritage of Anatolia in leather, jewelry and weaving.
Empower local artisans by connecting them with luxury brands for skill development and oppurtunities.
Adress workforce gap in luxury industry by meeting the demand for skilled artisans.
Connecting Turkey’s artisans with global luxury brands through dedicated craftsmanship hubs, to enable collaboration, skill development, and the preservation of Anatolia’s rich artisanal heritage.

1.Establishing three craftsmanship hubs in Anatolia to serve as connection points between artisans and luxury brands

Identifying key regions to locate hubs. The potential regions should be renowed for their artisanal traditions
Hub infrastructure should be designed e.g. equipment for the trainings

Collaborate with GoTurkiye, luxury brands, and local government bodies to define project goals and secure funding
Phase I: Launch pilot hubs in selected regions to test processes and gather feedback.
Phase II: Scale up based on insights, expanding additional regions
Formalize partnerships with luxury brands for recruitment pipelines and long-term collaborations
